This series is made in the style and technique of RU ware, the famous type of Chinese pottery from the Song Dynasty, ancient China. The major characteristic of this type of ceramic ware is the green celadon colour and the subtle cracked glazed. The pattern of ice crackled glaze may be intensified when you start enjoying the cup with hot tea. The crackle glaze is food-safe, not cracked but just a unique pattern instead. There are beautiful fruit graphics on the cups: pomegranate, haw berries, may berries, persimmon and loquat fruit. Delightful and impressive. The set comes with a special cardboard box, protective and also good for presentation. This set is great for enjoying Chinese Kungfu tea, Japanese tea or sake wine.
