Shipping policy

Free domestic shipping within the UK for the entire order over £25.  The shipping cost for spending under £25 is £3.  For shipping outside the United Kingdom, the rate would be calculated at checkout.  

Please allow preparing time up to 3 working days. The delivery time is varied depending on your location and shipping option.  Buyers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, import tax and VAT that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

With free shipping in the UK, the estimated delivery time is within 10 business days.  Estimated delivery times for other regions: North America: 7-20 business days. Europe: 7-14 business days. Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-20 business days.
